As a specialist referral practice, we are happy to receive patient referrals for cases where specialised treatment is appropriate. Please include your patient’s relevant clinical history regarding pain, trauma, and previous treatment or other information.
X-raysViewing your films can assist us in assessing the complexity of your patient’s case and estimating the number of appointments needed. All films will be returned to you.
Assess and consult
The information you provide will help us to assess your patient’s case and decide on their best treatment options. We will then consult with your patient to explain what happens next and provide a detailed written quotation, which highlights any alternative treatment options and explains the costs of the procedure.
Treat
Once we have made contact with your patient, we will send them a welcome letter confirming the date, time and location of their appointment.
Report
We will keep you and your patient fully informed from initial enquiry until completion of their treatment, and will send duplicates of all correspondence to your practice.
Outstanding results
We will ensure that your patient is happy with every aspect of their treatment and care, and that they return to your practice for their future dental care.
Post-treatment care
Your patient will be asked to attend a post-treatment follow-up appointment or annual checks, as appropriate, particularly in the case of more complex procedures. This allows us to monitor post-treatment healing.
